What is New Democrat Majority?
New Democrat Majority is an Independent Expenditure (SuperPAC) exclusively focused on electing and reelecting New Dems to the House of Representatives.
Because of the New Democrat Coalition’s pragmatic focus on good government and economic growth, candidates endorsed by the NewDem Action Fund are often the strongest match-ups against Republican incumbents in General Elections. New Democrat Majority is the ONLY Independent Expenditure focusing on these viable challengers in Primaries, whose appeal to General Election voters is substantially higher than less pragmatic Primary opponents.
New Democrat Majority exists to ensure that viable candidates focused on pragmatic leadership and economic growth have the support they need to win.
NDM is able to raise unlimited resources from all sources permitted by the FEC to play a determinative role in advancing candidates to General Elections.
Our Key Goals
New Dems are, by all measures, the most productive Members in the Democratic Caucus. NDM believes that more pragmatic leaders in Congress is an essential pillar in constructing a sustainable majority for Democrats, and building a Congress that delivers for the American people.
NDM’s commitment is to be an added value. We will not raise or deploy resources in a manner which contradicts the values of our allies and supporters.
Beyond opportunities to elect new Members of Congress, we will also prioritize the defense of incumbents that share the values of our allies and supporters to keep the coalition strong in Congress. This may take the form of support to Frontline campaigns facing resource imbalances, or support to incumbents at the cusp of the battlefield to help Democrats take back the Majority in the House.
